An exception is Poltergeist (1982), which was filmed at 4267 Roxbury Street. Getting their photos taken by the Poltergeist-house is a popular event for local party bus and limo rentals. The golfing scenes in The Longest Yard (2005) however were filmed at the Lost Canyons Golf Club, limo rentals travelers told us. Saving Mr. Banks (2013) is one of many movies partially filmed at Big Sky Movie Ranch, a popular place to visit for party bus and limousine services. Many may remember the toy village built by Mount McCoy in the winter of 2002-2003. 24 "houses" were built here for the filming of The Cat in the Hat (2003). The neighborhood and city center in this film was located right here by the Ronald Reagan Library and nearby Mount McCoy. Remember the drive-in movie scene from Poetic Justice (1993)? In this film you can see Janet Jackson watch a film at the former Simi Valley Drive-In (361 Tierra Rejada Road). The home and neighborhood featured in Honey, I Blew Up the Kid (1992) is located at Azure Hills Dr. In the end of Bachelor Party (1984) you can see chase scenes from the fictional Mann 36 Theater, actually located at the Mann 6 Theater in Simi. This theater is located where HomeGoods now is located at Sycamore Square on 3050 Cochran Street. Furthermore, two scenes from the movie The Good Girl (2002) were filmed in Simi. While the retail shop is located at 2790 E. Los Angeles Ave, Holden's house is found at 5368 Leland Circle.

Corriganville Movie Ranch, now named Corriganville Park, is another popular filming locale in Simi Valley and a favorite destination for Thousand Oaks party bus and limo rentals in Simi. It is located in eastern Simi Valley at 7001 Smith Road. Some TV-series featuring Corriganville are Gunsmoke (1955-1975), Bonanza (1959-1973), Laramie (1959-1963), Death Valley Days (1952-1970), Wagon Train (1957-1965), The Lone Ranger (1949-1957), Adventures of Superman (1952-1958), Wanted: Dead or Alive (1958-1961), The Fugitive (1963-1967) and numerous others.
